As part of Airport International Group's strategy to enhance the supplier
sourcing and prequalification process, you are kindly requested to submit your
company details in accordance with our supplier registration procedure. This
requirement is applicable for all suppliers, service providers, consultants and
contractors.
In turn, our Procurement and Sourcing Team monitors the
collated database on a daily basis to ensure that top suppliers and service
providers are selected - in aligment with Airport International Group standards.
The notification recieved upon registration does not
confer any acceptance or prequalification status. Airport International Group
grants approval to suppliers and their business activities following the
implementation of set procedures conducted by the Procurement and Sourcing
Department - convering assessment, quality and negotiation.
Note: Any information submitted and found to be
incorrect and false statement of your business, could lead
to the removal of your company from the Airport International Group Procurement
Department supplier database. |

الدولي" للتقدم في عملية تحديد المصادر و التأهيل المسبق لشركات التوريد, يشترط منك
تقديم تفاصيل شركتك كافة وفقا لعملية تسجيل الموردين المتبعة لدينا. هذا الشرط
ينطبق على جميع الموردين, و مقدمي الخدمات, والاستشاريين, والمقاولين.
و بدوره, يقوم فريق المشتريات و تحديد المصادر بمتابعة قاعدة
بيانات الموردين بشكل يومي, لضمان اختيار موردي السلع و الخدمات الأنسب, و بما
يتوافق مع معايير "مجموعة المطار الدولي".
إشعار التسجيل الذي تتلقاه كمورد بعد
الإنتهاء من عملية التسجيل لا يمنحك أي موافقة أو حالة تأهيل مسبق, حيث تقوم
"مجموعة المطار الدولي" بمنح الموافقة على الموردين و أنشطتهم التجارية بعد تنفيذ
مجموعة من الإجراءات لدى دائرة المشتريات و المصادر, و التي تشمل التقييم, و
الجودة, و التفاوض.
ملاحظة: تقديم أي معلومة غير دقيقة فيما يتعلق بنشاطك التجاري قد أن يؤدي إلى حذف
اسم شركتك من قاعدة بيانات الموردين التابعة ل "مجموعة المطار الدولي".
